A batch-specific CoA is included with every order. You can also access CoAs for any current batch number via our Batch Verification portal using the lot number printed on your order label.
Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days. All peptide orders are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs for temperature-sensitive compounds. We ship to 38 countries — see our Shipping Policy for restrictions.
Yes. We offer volume pricing for research institutions, universities, and verified contract research organisations. Please email institutional@pepternity.com with your organisation details and compound requirements.
We accept returns on sealed, unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or reconstituted compounds. Please contact support before initiating any return.
Every batch ships with an HPLC chromatogram and mass spectrometry report from an accredited third-party laboratory. These documents are not generated in-house — they are independently issued and can be cross-referenced with the laboratory directly.
